The Vision is the name of several fictional superheroes appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The first iteration was an alien created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby who first appeared in Marvel Mystery Comics #13. The second iteration is an android and a member of the Avengers who first appeared in The Avengers #57 by Roy Thomas, Stan Lee and John Buscema. The third Vision is a time traveler that fused with the second version's operating system.
